Make Your Dreams Come True Through Hard Work and Self-Belief

Being the mother of an athlete is a challenging yet rewarding role.

dreamsWatching your kids grow and mature while they practice a skill and feel good about themselves as they improve is very rewarding.  Not to mention the friendships made with the other parents while sitting on the sidelines.

The challenges occur when things seem impossible, you have to remind them their goals, their dreams are still achievable.  That dreams are within reach if they love what they do, believe in themselves, and work hard to improve.  To believe that by working on their skills, the results will take care of themselves.

Dream Big!

The same can be said of building your own business…it is both challenging as well as rewarding.  You learn new skills to build your business, then practice your newly gained skills by putting them into action, adjusting where needed, to see the results you planned for, dreamed of.

Just as you tell  your children their dreams are achievable, it is also true for you.  So…Dream Big!  Dreaming Big takes courage.  Faith.  Belief in your abilities.  So, go ahead, think outside the box.  There are ways to step up and run a real business…for anyone.

Think you don’t have time?  You say your schedule is already jam-packed?  Think again.  In dreamsfact, think outside the box for your solution.  There is a way to run a real business for anyone who wants to step up to the challenge.  How?  By doing so within the ‘nooks and crannies’ of your day; You could even run your business while sitting in the bleachers at a sporting event…using nothing more than a smartphone or an iPad.  Social media makes it all doable.

Mom’s can compete too!

Do you dream of leaving a legacy for your children?  One that will change their lives?  Then step up to the plate and hit one out of the park.  After all, business is the sport of non-athletes.

  1. Great points Cindy. I love your line about fitting your business “within the ‘nooks and crannies’ of your day.” Thank goodness for the technology we have today that allows us to do that.
